Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You receive the wrong order.
  • Your water containers are damaged or compromised at delivery.
  • The product is delivered past its indicated shelf life.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for pickup or exchange at your delivery address.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or partially consumed water bottles and containers cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
